These terms describe use of the EchoForge Tech website and its inquiry service. Specific sales, supply and manufacturing arrangements are governed by a separate written quotation or agreement.

Website information

The site describes our manufacturing services and provides a way to discuss requirements. Product images, assembly sequences and technical annotations are illustrative. They are not production drawings, engineering approvals, installation instructions or evidence of a particular certification.

Quote requests

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or a binding supply agreement. Pricing, availability, quantities, specifications, material grades, finishes, tolerances, delivery dates, payment and warranty terms must be agreed in writing. Do not use website illustrations to determine structural loads or suitability for an installation.

Your submissions

Provide accurate contact and project information and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not include unlawful content or another person’s sensitive information. Contact us before exchanging confidential drawings or files requiring a specific confidentiality agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send automated spam or use the inquiry service for unrelated solicitations. We may restrict access where needed to protect the service.

Intellectual property

EchoForge branding and website materials are provided to help you evaluate our services. Ownership of any drawings, specifications or other materials supplied during a business engagement should be addressed in the relevant written agreement.

Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Email, WhatsApp and other linked services are operated by their respective providers. A saved inquiry confirmation does not guarantee that a WhatsApp notification has been delivered or read.
